ā¢ Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Sheets.
ā¢ Good typing speed (minimum 35-40 words per minute) with high accuracy.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
ā¢ Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
ā¢ Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
ā¢ Prior experience in data entry, back-office, or administrative work.
ā¢ Knowledge of CRM software or data management tools.
ā¢ Familiarity with online form filling and document management.
