About the Role: We’re seeking a driven Truck Dispatcher to efficiently schedule and dispatch drivers, ensuring on-time deliveries and optimized routes while handling real-time challenges. This is a salary-based position with earning potential based on performance. Key Responsibilities: • Dispatch trucks efficiently to meet delivery deadlines. • Monitor and track shipments, addressing issues proactively. • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and teams. • Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. • Maintain accurate records of dispatches and deliveries. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. What We’re Looking For: Experience in truck dispatching or logistics (required). Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
