Job Summary
As a Data Entry Operator II, you will play a crucial role in transcribing data into a computer-friendly format. Under general supervision, you'll utilize your keyboard skills and understanding of data entry procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
Responsibilities
• Review and process electronically stored data following established procedures.
• Verify and correct data entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Process applications and data within defined timelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
Minimum Qualifications
• Two years of relevant experience in data entry or clerical work.
• Proficiency in using business software and internet applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with government security clearance procedures.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to use a keyboard and monitor computer systems for extended periods.
• Capability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable with answering and making phone calls.
Work Environment
• Remote work setup with occasional transportation to customer sites.
• Exposure to office/shop environments with some background noise.
