Essential Functions & Responsibilities
ÃÂ Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to collections, appeals, and denials with professionalism and efficiency.

ÃÂ Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
Knowledge & Skills
ÃÂ Previous experience in collections, appeals, or denials management within the healthcare industry is preferred.
ÃÂ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
ÃÂ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
ÃÂ Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and analysis.
Education / Experience
ÃÂ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in relevant fields is a plus.
