Create and upload new candidate personnel files into the system
Update status for inactive employees and returning employees from leave
Perform weekly audits of electronic files and hard copies to ensure data accuracy
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must have two years of previous data entry experience
High School Diploma
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a busy office setting
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with electronic file management systems
Familiarity with data analytics tools
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
