**Job Overview**
As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through live chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to incoming chat requests and emails in a prompt and professional manner
* Deciphering information from requestors and delivering accurate and timely responses
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Staying up-to-date with careerzynith's products and services to provide informed responses to customer inquiries

* **Rate:** $35 per hour
* **Skills/Background Needed:**
+ Ability to access social media and website chat functions using a phone, tablet, or laptop
+ Independent work capabilities
+ Proficiency in following provided guidelines and instructions
