of Maximum Submissions 2 8 Job Description The Data Entry Clerk , shall provide legal services to include the following:
1. Serve as a technician in the area of financial litigation and is responsible for directly and independently supporting Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs) by providing a wide variety of technical assistance services.
2. Perform a wide range of technical support duties involving the processing of cases within the financial litigation function.

Use a variety of automated systems to conduct research, initiate documents for debt collection actions and track debtor accounts.
4. Use common online resources, obtain and analyze routine financial information on debtors to determine their present and future potential ability to pay.
5. Communicate with debtors to present options for debt payments, answer questions, explain pertinent procedures, clarify information, and work cases to resolution.

Prepare payment plans which involve reviewing financial asset information the debtor has submitted.
7. Other duties as assigned. 9 Skill set info 10 Education 11 Certifications (if required) The resume(s) shall list the Key Personnel's security clearance level, training and certifications, if any 12 Documentation Required for submission
Provide up to t hree (3) professional references for each proposed key personnel that can provide past performance information related to the type of work described in the Statement of Work
13 Work Hours Work will be performed on a full time (40 hours per week) as applicable over a five-day work week, with Federal holidays provided in accordance with the Service Contract Act. 14 Account Manager Name (Proposal Team) Manish Sharma 15 Work authorization required USC/GC/EAD/H1 also 16 Relocation is accepted N/A 17 Remote work N/A 18 Additional Notes if any Contractor Security Clearances - All contractor personnel shall successfully pass a Minimum Background Investigation prior to starting work on-site.
