Cybersecurity Engineer III

Job Description: • Leads the development of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies • Oversees the advanced implementation of security measures across the organization • Proactively monitors and responds to security incidents, utilizing threat intelligence • Provides expert-level troubleshooting for complex security and network issues • Oversees change management processes related to security policies and controls • Conducts regular risk assessments and contributes to strategic planning • Enhances communication and reporting with relevant departments and stakeholders • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned • Occasional business travel may be required. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Five (5) plus years of experience in cybersecurity • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent is a plus • Advanced knowledge of security technologies and practices • Experience with cloud security and virtualization technologies • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Strong leadership and project management skills.
