Job Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and handling new patient medication orders and reorders
Verifying and updating benefits, confirming copays, and obtaining approvals
Collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve order issues
Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and internal partners
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Active IL Pharmacy Technician License
1+ year of experience in customer service, handling complex client needs via phone
1+ year of experience with Windows-based applications (Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email)
1+ year of PC keyboarding experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare experience
Knowledge of benefits, insurance, pharmacy, and clinical terminology
