Customer Support Representative (Remote – Full Time)
Rumple is a growing CRM company built specifically for media sales teams. Position Overview: We’re looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first line of communication for users seeking help or training. You’ll answer support tickets, handle phone calls, join Zoom calls, and occasionally test new features before they are released.
