[Remote] Sales Operations and Transformation Senior Principal

RWS Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Operations and Transformation Senior Principal to lead critical initiatives that drive the effectiveness and strategic success of their Global Sales organization. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key advisor, bridging sales strategy and execution while independently owning and driving complex transformation initiatives from end-to-end.ResponsibilitiesIndependently own and lead the full lifecycle of high-impact, strategic projects for the Sales department, from business case development and securing stakeholder buy-in through to execution, change management, and value realizationCollect, clean, and analyze complex sales datasets to identify performance trends, uncover root causes of sales challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership. Use these insights to define project scope, deliverables, and success metricsProactively research, identify, and champion opportunities to leverage AI and automation. Develop and implement pilot programs to test the effectiveness of AI-powered tools in improving sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and lead generationEvolve our performance measurement by designing and building advanced dashboards and KPIs. Deliver strategic insights and forward-looking analysis to leadership, not just status reportsServe as the primary liaison between sales leadership, front-line sales managers, and AMs/BDMs, and our internal technical teams. Translate sales department needs into clear requirements, manage priorities, and facilitate communication to ensure alignment across all projectsLead efforts to re-engineer and optimize the sales motion for greater scalability and efficiency. Define and implement best practices and new methodologies across the sales organizationProvide expert, data-driven insights to support key sales functions, such as strategic business reviews and sales forecasting, including capacity planning and benefits realization trackingSkillsStrong progressive experience in a role shaping a Sales organization (e.g., sales operations, strategy, business analysis, or consulting)Hands on experience with driving AI and automation projects is keyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities and advanced Excel, with a proven track record of translating complex data into influential business strategyDemonstrated experience in independently leading complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion, delivering measurable business valueExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with significant experience advising and influencing senior leadershipA sophisticated understanding of applying Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve sales effectivenessCompany OverviewRWS is a global AI solutions company empowering the worldโs most trusted enterprise AI.
