Customer Solutions Specialist: 2nd Shift (Hybrid Work Schedule)

The Customer Solutions Specialist will assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns while providing exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of inbound customer interactions each day: approximately 50-70 phone calls/day and a steady flow of emails, while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finishProcess customer requests, involving: order entry and order status updates, part number identification, pricing and availability confirmation, returns, etcEffectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer’s needsSkillsYou have at least 1 year of experience in a face to face or over the phone customer service roleYou exhibit stellar organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and computer skillsYou get excited about taking a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor (no zombies, please!)You know MS Office; you may not be a master but you're on your wayYou have a quality, high speed internet connection at homeYou have a genuine positive, outgoing, team spirited, one-for-all personalityYou're an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal).
