Job Description:

Blue Mountain Fence LLC is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. We are looking for a highly organized individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
? Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
? Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
? Manage emails, correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
? Maintain an organized front desk and reception area.
? Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
? Process invoices, receipts, and other office-related paperwork.
? Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
? Support office staff with clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:
? Reliable transportation to and from work.
? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
? Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
? Personable and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
? Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
? Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
