Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a desire to help others.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
