Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer has a positive experience, promoting Delta’s commitment to excellence in service.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
