Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departmental teams.
Provide feedback on service processes and contribute to ongoing improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
Basic understanding of information technology concepts and services.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
