Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in East Syracuse, New York. This is a contract opportunity for candidates with prior contract experience.
Responsibilities:
Ā Deliver outstanding customer service to distributors, including assistance with parts selection, order processing, pricing, product availability, and order expediting.
Ā Resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and provide limited technical support as needed, maintaining a positive relationship with all clients.
Ā Proactively follow up with distributors and sales managers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Ā Manage inbound calls and communication from distributors, ensuring a smooth and efficient interaction process.
Ā Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution teams, including Service Managers and Parts Counter staff, through regular communication via phone and case management.
Ā Collaborate across internal departments to address and resolve customer needs and optimize business processes.
Ā Actively contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in customer service and business operations.
Ā Utilize CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and phone systems to track, manage, and document account interactions effectively.
Ā Manage an average of 50 customer interactions per day, while maintaining a professional, positive, and responsive approach.
Ā Leverage your knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant systems (such as PIC and Windchill) to resolve customer inquiries and support business activities.
Qualifications:
Ā 2-3 years of call center experience
Worksite: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: $19-22/hr
Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
