Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will provide high-touch service to customers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries, orders, and complaints. Responsibilities Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system and provide timely follow-up via phone, email, fax, or through Sales Representatives Support inventory control by reviewing historical data and assisting in managing stock levels during order processing Provide internal support to Outside Sales Representatives and assist with sales initiatives Collaborate with internal departments and other divisions to resolve customer issues efficiently Review customer purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance Prepare customer quotes, sample requests, formal proposals, and generate sales leads for potential accounts Manage customer complaints related to product use, including coordinating returns and replacements of defective parts Process order modifications and communicate changes to ensure customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience handling complex orders under tight deadlines SAP Experience 1-3 years of related job experience Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite High School Diploma/GED Benefits Healthcare benefits 401k Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Company Overview Veritiv Corp offers printing, publishing, packaging, and logistics and supply chain management services.
