They are seeking an Employer Brand Program Manager to lead and evolve their employer brand strategy, ensuring a compelling narrative that attracts top talent while managing content creation and partnerships across various teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the Hims & Hers employer brand strategy, ensuring a clear, differentiated narrative that resonates with top talent across key functionsLead content creation as a core pillar of the role, developing high quality, insight driven content across channels including social, careers site, campaigns, and recruiting materialsPartner closely with Recruiting, Marketing, Communications, and business leaders to translate company priorities into compelling talent narrativesBuild and manage an always-on content engine that highlights our people, mission, and impact in a way that feels authentic and distinctiveDevelop targeted campaigns for critical hiring areas, especially technical and product roles, aligned to business prioritiesActively explore and experiment with AI and data tools across employer brand, uncovering talent audience insights, monitoring candidate sentiment, and analyzing competitor positioning, always pushing toward step-change impact and not just efficiency gainsElevate and continuously improve the careers site experience, ensuring it reflects our brand, values, and opportunities with clarity and depthDefine and activate our social strategy for talent, including organic and paid approaches across key platformsEnable recruiters and hiring leaders with tools, messaging, and content that strengthen how we represent Hims & Hers in every candidate interactionPartner with People and leadership teams to surface and amplify real stories from across the companyEstablish and track clear metrics to measure brand awareness, engagement, and impact on hiring outcomes, using insights to continuously refine the strategySkills5+ years of experience in employer brand, content, or talent marketing roles, ideally within high growth or tech driven companiesExceptional content creation skills with a strong point of view on what makes storytelling effective across formats and channelsDemonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools, with a track record of pushing beyond basic use cases to find new ways technology can elevate strategy, content, and candidate experienceProven ability to translate complex company narratives into clear, compelling, and differentiated messagingStrong cross-functional partnership skills with experience working closely with recruiting, marketing, and senior stakeholdersExperience building or scaling employer brand programs, including campaigns, content strategies, and careers site optimizationHigh level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives end-to-endAnalytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impactStrong judgment and taste, with a focus on quality, consistency, and authenticity in how the brand shows upComfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quicklyBenefitsCompetitive salary & equity compensation for full-time rolesUnlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health daysComprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leaveEmployee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)401k benefits with employer matching contributionOffsite team retreatsCompany OverviewHims & Hers Health, Inc.
