Youll collaborate closely with assigned advisors to manage client communications, address questions, and provide timely updates related to scheduling, confirmations, and next steps. What Youll Do:
Provide support to customers in partnership with their assigned advisor
Respond promptly to inquiries with clear, accurate information
Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and routine follow-ups
Maintain organized records and ensure all client details are documented accurately
Help create a smooth, professional client experience at every stage
