What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide customer service for routine inquiries and assist with complex cases as directed
Research and analyze incoming inquiries, using relevant systems and reference materials to effectively resolve issues
Elevate sensitive customer requests when necessary for appropriate handling
Make outgoing calls to obtain information and conduct thorough research
Stay updated on company, industry, and regulatory changes to identify business conservation and expansion opportunities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Strong communication, decision-making, analytical, and human relations skills
Proficient in oral and written communication, with demonstrated telephone skills
Consistent attendance adherence to department and company expectations
Basic understanding of computer systems and proficient keyboarding skills
Detail-oriented individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multitasking
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Planning and organizing skills with the ability to set priorities
Basic product knowledge of the assigned area
Knowledge of medical terminology
