Customer Pay Support Rep
The Customer Pay Collector in Forida is responsible for initiating calls with patients to bring accounts current, performing necessary follow up on delinquent accounts, updating and maintaining accurate financial records (including accounts receivable), and ensuring that incoming calls are answered quickly, costumer pay balances are collected, and all departmental goals met.
ā¢ Provide customer service regarding billing and collection issues and resolve discrepancies
ā¢ Represent the company through professional conversation by means of inbound and outbound calls
ā¢ Collect and process payments, payment plans, and recurring payments
ā¢ Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
ā¢ Initiate resolution to patient complaints
ā¢ Advises collections department of required actions for billing
ā¢ Submit all Change of Insurance information
ā¢ Handles mail for the center including responding to requests for information
Requirements:
ā¢ 2 years high volume call center experience
ā¢ At least 1 year collections experience
ā¢ Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
ā¢ Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience
ā¢ Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
ā¢ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
ā¢ Commitment to excellent customer service
