**Key Responsibilities:**

* Utilize Gorgias, Macros, and Shopify to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective customer service strategies
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
**Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:**
* Experience with Gorgias and using macros
* Excellent written and verbal English skills
* Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
* Excellent documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
