CTO / Technical Lead Needed – AI-Driven Business Solutions & IT Strategy

We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) /Senior Technical Lead who can design, develop, and implement AI-powered and modern IT solutions to help grow and optimize our business. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking, and who can translate business goals into scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as a technical advisor and CTO-level partner for our business. Design and develop AI-based solutions (e.g., automation, data analysis, AI agents, chatbots, predictive models, etc.) Evaluate business processes and recommend technology improvements.Lead architecture decisions and ensure scalability, performance, and security. Oversee development of web, cloud, and backend systems. Select and integrate appropriate tools, platforms, and third-party services. Provide clear documentation and technical guidance. Required Skills &Experience: Proven experience in a CTO, Technical Lead, orSenior Architect role. Strong background in AI/ML, automation, or data-driven systems. Experience with modern tech stacks (cloud platforms, APIs, databases, web or mobile apps).Ability to design end-to-end solutions, not just write code. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
