Marketing & Social Content- Design key visuals, social media content, and ad formats (including simple motion videos).- Handle graphic assets on the website to ensure aesthetics and brand consistency.- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute diverse communication projects.2. POSM Design (Project-Based)- Develop 3D concepts and optimize visibility for shelves, booths, and displays at retail/medical points of sale.- Ensure designs maximize engagement and brand presence in-store.Key requirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience in the beauty/cosmetics.Proficient in adobe creativeBasic filming and video editing skillsBasic 3D modeling skills (Prefer Blender)Refined and sophisticated aesthetic senseMindset: Creativity.
