Job Title: Corporate Treasury Senior Manager Location: REMOTE Pay: $125,000 - 150,000, plus annual incentive bonus Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Type: Full-time, Remote work opportunity Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, Voluntary Life and AD&D, 401K with up to a 4% employer match, Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Corporate Treasury Senior Manager Position Summary: The Corporate Treasury Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day corporate treasury operations to support the organization’s overall objectives. This hands-on, individual contributor role will report to the VP of Finance and lead the development of policies, procedures, and the implementation of effective controls for all treasury functions to include, but not limited to, liquidity/cash Management, treasury accounting, cash forecasting, lender & board reporting, and M&A company onboarding. Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day operations of the treasury function, cash management, and account maintenance. • Develop, maintain, and recommend new treasury strategies, policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational controls and efficiencies. • Provide supporting documentation and input for treasury-related accounting accruals, audits, and special requests. • Complete timely and comprehensive reporting deck for bank and BoD reporting alongside CFO. • Research and analyze trends and variances among finance, treasury systems, and banks to draw meaningful conclusions about financial performance. • Assess and implement the appropriate tools and systems for corporate treasury. • Assist with managing lender relationships. #HVAC Corporate Treasury Senior Manager Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience within corporate finance. • CPA, CTP, or CFA preferred. • Experience with web-based banking platforms and treasury workstations. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. • Experience with multi-entity treasury operations (10+ entities preferred.) • Strong analytical and mathematical skills. • Ability to cultivate strong relationships within/outside of the organization to meet function objectives along with an effective and courteous communication style. • Ability to handle a large volume of work with tight deadlines and ad-hoc requests as required. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, as well as FP&A software.
