What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate a variety of administrative assignments under the direction of department management
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Provide administrative support including arranging meetings, producing correspondence, and handling clerical duties
- Serve as a subject matter expert for department policies and procedures
- Ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of related department administration experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with database software and standard computer software applications

- Knowledge of medical terminology
