Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist - REFERENCES REQUIRED**

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a sharp, data-loving D2C Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team at Bear Balanced. If you get excited about turning insights into action, love testing new ideas, and genuinely enjoys CRO/E-comm funnels—we want to talk to you.

You'll be the person who is job is to test and implement conversion driving changes to our website PDP and Meta-funnel Landing Pages. This role is part analyst, part strategist, and part problem-solver.

What You'll Actually Do
• Dig into the data. Use analytics tools to figure out where we're losing people on our site and landing pages—then come up with smart ways to fix it — Shopify Analytics, Intelligems, Meta in-platform.
• Run experiments. Design and launch A/B tests to see what works, what doesn't, ultimately driving higher CVR across our website PDP and alternative Landing Pages.
• Work cross-functionally. Partner with our Founder and dev team to bring conversion-boosting ideas to life.
• Design. Use brand assets, Ai, and collab with our dev team/outsourcing for images/ visual assets required for landing pages/page section-assets
• Track what matters. Keep an eye on KPIs and report on what's moving the needle (and what's not).
• Stay organized. Keep clean records of test results, performance data, and insights so we can learn and improve over time.
• Make recommendations. Share what you're learning with the team and suggest ways we can improve the CRO across the board.
• Communicate clearly. Put together reports and presentations that make complex data easy to understand for the team — simple reporting and updates/comms via Slack.
• Weekly Reporting. Review results and pipeline with Founder

What You Bring to the Table
• Experience that counts. You've worked in CRO, E-comm, digital marketing — and have experience with brands above $10M in top-line revenue.
• Analytical chops. You can look at data, spot patterns, and turn those insights into strategies that actually work.
• Great communication. Whether it's on the phone, in an email, or presenting to the team, you know how to get your point across clearly and professionally.
• Tech-savvy. You're comfortable with latest CRO tools and Ai (Claude, Gemini, Higgsfield, Fal.ai, Chat GPT, etc.)
• Detail-oriented. Data entry, typing, record-keeping—you do it accurately because you know the details matter.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
