Primary Skills: Trust & Safety (Intermediate), Content Moderation (Intermediate), Escalation Management (Advanced), Salesforce (Advanced), Vendor Management(Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 Months Location: New York, NY - 10003 ( - Remote EST) Pay Range: $22.31- $24.70 per hour #LP Job Summary: We are seeking a Trust & Safety Specialist to join our Legal Services team with a focus on content moderation, policy operations, and ensuring compliance within user-generated content. The successful candidate will be detailed-oriented, adept at handling a fast-paced work environment, and skilled in policy writing, handling escalations, and supporting multifaceted projects in trust & safety. This remote role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for maintaining the integrity and safety of online communities. Key Responsibilities • Assist with all user-generated content moderation. • Handle user, vendor, and external escalations regarding moderation decisions. • Work with Trust and Safety leadership on data-related requests across multiple issue verticals. • Support policy creation and outgoing communication related to content moderation. • Provide team-wide support in learning and development efforts. Must-have Skills • Experience in Trust and Safety and/or risk-related areas. • Proficiency in Salesforce, Atlassian/Jira, Slack. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. Industry Experience: Experience in legal, policy, or related fields, especially within a fast-paced or tech-focused environment, is highly valued.
