Our team is small, but the opportunity to grow with us is huge. What You'll Do You'll be a one-person content powerhouse for your region's AnimeOshi account — handling everything from scripting to filming, editing, and day-to-day operations. You're the founding member building this regional presence from the ground up. Why This Role Exists We're expanding strategically into Japan and the US. Every region has its own flavor of fandom, and we don't believe in copy-paste localization. You'll be our founding regional creator — experimenting, iterating, and helping us define what works in your market. Responsibilities • Write, film, and edit 3–5 short-form videos per week (30s–90s each). • Manage your own content calendar and publishing schedule. • Collaborate with HQ during the first 3 months to solidify regional strategy and content pillars. • Track performance metrics and provide weekly updates using Notion templates. • Experiment with hooks, formats, and vibes that resonate with your local audience. ✅ You'll Thrive If You Are... • A self-starter who can handle scripting, filming, and editing independently. • Comfortable being on camera and bringing personality to your content. • Deeply connected to your local anime community and fandom culture. • Excited to be a founding member and help shape regional strategy. Growth Path This is a 6-month probationary period. In the first 3 months, you'll work closely with HQ to define your region's content strategy. After June 2026, pending performance, we'll consider expanding your team — with you promoted to Team Lead, overseeing new hires for editing, scripting, or additional talent.
