Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in Salesforce and Vlocity to ensure the best solutions are provided to clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce and Vlocity solutions with other systems and applications. Train clients on the use and functionality of Salesforce and Vlocity solutions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce and Vlocity solutions. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation and deployment of Salesforce and Vlocity solutions.
