About the position We have an exciting opportunity to work with one of our prestigious clients at a Tier 1 Investment Bank within the Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) space. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant financial experience, specifically with CLO/CDO knowledge. Responsibilities β€’ Review and interpret CDO indenture documents to extract relevant compliance requirements. β€’ Monitor and manage the lifecycle of CLO transactions, including asset reconciliation, reporting, and cash flow administration. β€’ Settle bond/bank loan trades & invest excess cash, as directed by Portfolio Manager. β€’ Review and interpret transaction documents to ensure compliance with legal and operational standards. β€’ Prepare and deliver investor reports, payment calculations, and waterfall distributions in a timely and accurate manner. β€’ Coordinate with trustees, custodians, rating agencies, and portfolio managers to address transaction-related inquiries or issues. β€’ Maintain accurate records of asset-level activity, collateral performance, and deal-specific information. β€’ Track asset attributes including accrual information, rating, and industry codes. β€’ Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure data accuracy and completeness. β€’ Assist in onboarding new transactions and ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders. β€’ Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data and calculations. β€’ Stay updated on market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements β€’ Bachelor's Degree β€’ 2+ years relevant financial experience β€’ CLO/CDO knowledge and experience β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment β€’ Strong communication skills β€’ Advanced Excel skills β€’ Strong understanding of structured finance and CDO indenture language. β€’ Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis. β€’ Experience with Solvas or similar structured credit platforms. β€’ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-haves β€’ SQL knowledge β€’ CDO Suite experience β€’ Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail
