Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Medicare Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for helping individuals navigate their healthcare options. As a Medicare Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding their Medicare benefits, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring they receive the best possible coverage to meet their needs. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish or other languages, are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
• Educate clients about Medicare plans and benefits, ensuring they understand their options.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and changes in the healthcare landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Assist clients with the enrollment process, including completing necessary paperwork.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service delivery.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their coverage.

Requirements
• Previous experience in sales or insurance sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus; proficiency in Spanish is especially desirable.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and telemarketing practices is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to building rapport with clients.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client schedules.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
