We are looking for a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in radiology and clinical image annotation. This role involves accurately labeling and annotating medical imaging data to support AI/ML model development and validation, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Perform precise annotation of medical images (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound) for AI/ML training datasets.
⢠Apply standardized labeling protocols and maintain consistency across datasets.
⢠Validate annotations for accuracy and completeness.
⢠Interpret imaging studies and provide clinical insights for annotation guidelines.
⢠Collaborate with data scientists to define clinically relevant features and regions of interest.
⢠Ensure annotations align with diagnostic standards and clinical workflows.
⢠Maintain documentation of annotation processes in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
⢠Support audits and regulatory submissions with detailed annotation reports.
⢠Work closely with AI/ML teams, clinical researchers, and regulatory specialists.
⢠Provide feedback on annotation tools and workflows for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
⢠MD in Radiology or equivalent clinical imaging certification.
⢠Strong understanding of imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound) and DICOM standards.
⢠Experience in medical image annotation for AI/ML projects.
⢠Familiarity with GCP and regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA).
Preferred Skills
⢠Knowledge of annotation tools (e.g., ITK-SNAP, 3D Slicer, Labelbox).
⢠Understanding of AI/ML concepts and medical imaging libraries (e.g., MONAI).
⢠Prior experience in clinical trials or regulated healthcare environments.
