Clinical Image Annotation & Radiology Specialist{AI/ML Experience mandatory}
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in radiology and clinical image annotation. This role involves accurately labeling and annotating medical imaging data to support AI/ML model development and validation, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Perform precise annotation of medical images (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound) for AI/ML training datasets.
ā¢ Apply standardized labeling protocols and maintain consistency across datasets.
ā¢ Validate annotations for accuracy and completeness.
ā¢ Interpret imaging studies and provide clinical insights for annotation guidelines.
ā¢ Collaborate with data scientists to define clinically relevant features and regions of interest.
ā¢ Ensure annotations align with diagnostic standards and clinical workflows.
ā¢ Maintain documentation of annotation processes in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
ā¢ Support audits and regulatory submissions with detailed annotation reports.
ā¢ Work closely with AI/ML teams, clinical researchers, and regulatory specialists.
ā¢ Provide feedback on annotation tools and workflows for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
ā¢ MD in Radiology or equivalent clinical imaging certification.
ā¢ Strong understanding of imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound) and DICOM standards.
ā¢ Experience in medical image annotation for AI/ML projects.
ā¢ Familiarity with GCP and regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA).
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Knowledge of annotation tools (e.g., ITK-SNAP, 3D Slicer, Labelbox).
ā¢ Understanding of AI/ML concepts and medical imaging libraries (e.g., MONAI).
ā¢ Prior experience in clinical trials or regulated healthcare environments.
