Job Overview As a Pharmacy Technician and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will also be involved in providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and customers. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role, including the use of pharmacy systems, data entry, and customer service techniques. Key Responsibilities: Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including data entry, prescription processing, and patient consultations Develop strong relationships with patients, customers, and healthcare providers Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including data entry and record-keeping Process prescriptions, including filling, labeling, and verifying medication Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. You should also have a strong foundation in mathematics, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications. Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control are also essential.
