• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client goals and expectations
• Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through product features, services, and best practices
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant services or products
• Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop communication strategies that strengthen client relationships
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and project statuses for transparency and accountability
Qualifications
• Proven experience in project management, account management, or customer service roles within SaaS or financial services industries
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively using analysis tools or software
• Knowledge of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with financial services is a plus but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential
