One Data Streaming Platform.About the Role:The API Experience team is the central hub for empowering company engineers to create and publish customer-facing APIs. Our APIs are crucial for the success of our Customers, who rely on consistent, high-quality public APIs for a seamless user experience. We focus on supporting the most critical interfaces, including APIs, CLI, and Terraform, which handle most of our API traffic. Additionally, we manage API publishing tooling and maintain CLI/Terraform/SDKs adopted by our customers.What You Will Do:To design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software that will touchproduction and have a customer-facing impactFollow best practices for software development and participate in code reviewsManage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverablesHelp build the next generation Kafka by continuing to push the boundaries of distributed system designWhat You Will Bring:Pursued a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Math, or a relatedtechnical field with a graduation date between 2023 through May 2025Self-motivated and able to drive projects with mentorship and projectrequirementsAbility to work effectively in teams and strong verbal and written communicationskillsGood knowledge of data structures and algorithms and are proficient in at leastone of these languages: Java/Scala, C, C++, GoSmart, humble, and empatheticDriven and excited about the challenges of a fast-paced, innovative, and quicklygrowing software development environmentInterested in building large-scale distributed systems in the cloud and are excited to make an impactReady to build what's next?
