Job Description Summary
The primary role of the Client Services Technician (CST) is to provide technical assistance and support for customers who use GE Healthcare products. This includes providing on-site or remote troubleshooting services to diagnose and repair equipment issues, as well as assisting customers in understanding how to use our products effectively. The CST works closely with field service engineers and other technical experts to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize downtime.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site or remote technical assistance to customers who are experiencing problems with GE Healthcare products.
Diagnose and repair equipment issues promptly and accurately.
Assist customers in understanding how to use our products effectively.
Collaborate with field service engineers and other technical experts to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.
Document all aspects of service visits, including troubleshooting steps taken, parts replaced, and any additional work performed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service histories.
Communicate proactively with customers to keep them informed of progress and expected resolution times.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when working on medical equipment.
Adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare or medical imaging technology.
Strong knowledge of computer systems and networking principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel frequently, if required.
Basic knowledge of electronic diagnostic equipment used in medical imaging.
Familiarity with common imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, ultrasound, etc.
Willingness to participate in training sessions and learning opportunities to enhance technical expertise.
High school diploma or equivalent degree. Associates degree preferred but not required.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
