? Required Skills and Qualifications:
? * High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
? * Prior experience in customer service or a related field
? * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
? * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
? * Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
? * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
