As the Claims Representative I, Property, you will investigate, negotiate, and settle service claims while contributing to a client-centric culture through professional interactions and innovative solutions. Responsibilities Investigating, negotiating and settling service claims for the organization Communicating with clients, delivering clear messages and resolving concerns Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the efficient, timely, and quality settlement of claims Investigating and identifying opportunities for salvage and subrogation recoveries Sharing claims handling knowledge with business partners to support the organization Providing feedback to the leadership team on process efficiencies to enhance client experience Providing exceptional client service in accordance with claims service and quality standards Skills You have one year of experience in insurance or two years of business experience in a related field You have completed post-secondary education in insurance, risk management or a related discipline You have or are working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and Provincial Adjuster Licenses You have in-depth knowledge of client service principles You have basic knowledge of insurance and insurance claims, policy wordings, the vehicle repair process, provincial legislations and regulations English is required, French is an asset Benefits Training and development opportunities to grow your career.
