Key Responsibilities
Ā Manage the daily administration and upkeep of our Salesforce systems.
Ā Support and enhance existing Salesforce applications, aligning them with organizational needs and compliance standards.
Ā Facilitate onboarding and training for new users and applications, ensuring seamless integration.
Ā Oversee user roles, permissions, and data access to maintain security within Salesforce environments.
Ā Provide technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues to optimize system functionality.
Ā Coordinate Salesforce integrations with other systems and platforms.
Ā Maintain comprehensive records of system configurations, processes, and user documentation.
Ā Identify and implement opportunities for enhancements and best practices to improve Salesforce efficiency.
Required Skills
Ā In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and customization.
Ā Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ā Capability to obtain and retain U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required).
Ā Experience with Salesforce GovCloud is essential.
Qualifications
Ā Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Ā A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, with demonstrable experience in Salesforce GovCloud.
Ā Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Ā Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are advantageous.
Ā Familiarity with government regulations and standards through prior experience in a government setting is a plus.
