The Contact Center Associate I - Telemarketing will be responsible for recruiting whole blood donations, managing donor appointments, and maintaining accurate donor files while working in a hybrid environment.ResponsibilitiesRecruiting for Whole Blood DonationsCalls appropriate donors based on inventory needsUnderstands minimum requirements for donor recruitment and donor deferral guidelinesUses assertive communication to secure appointmentsParticipates in programs to increase donor base.
