Claims Quality Assurance Analyst - Non Standard Insurance - Katy, TX
Leading insurer seeks an experienced Claims Quality Assurance Analyst to coordinate, plan, and perform general and focused claims file audits for to ensure processes and procedures are accurately followed.
Activities:
Ā ** Manage claims software systems and administer key data controls.
Ā ** Identify process gaps, develop remedial action plans, and support management with execution.
Ā ** Stay abreast of market and industry trends and identify new business opportunities and process improvements.
Ā ** Plan and execute initial audits and follow up audits. Communicate findings and improvement suggestions to relevant stakeholders.
Ā ** Assist vendors with billing and validation.
Desired Experience:
Ā ** Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
Ā ** 3+ years of Claims Handling experience with a focus on Bodily Injury, Material Damage Handling, or similar.
Ā ** Hands on knowledge of Acceptance Insurance policy forms and Claims best practices.
