About the Job • Position: Claims Examiner - Liability • Term: Contract (90 days or longer) • Location: REMOTE • Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM • Pay rate: $21.43 per hour • Background Check: 2. Standard Package with Credit • Referral Bonus: $500 About the job To analyze complex or technically difficult general liability claims to determine benefits due; to work with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation; to ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices and specific client service requirements; and to identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.
