Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer service database.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Disney products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple systems and applications.
Passion for Disney and a desire to create magical experiences for our guests.
