Claim Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

A confidential organization is seeking a Claim Analyst to support its claims and insurance operations. This role is responsible for reviewing, processing, and monitoring claims to ensure accurate documentation, timely resolution, and compliance with internal procedures and external requirements.

The Claim Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and insurance partners to support efficient claim handling and contribute to continuous process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review, process, and track insurance claims from submission to closure
• Analyze claim documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Communicate with internal teams and external insurance providers to gather required information
• Monitor claim status, timelines, and approvals
• Maintain organized claim records and tracking reports
• Support claim audits and internal reviews when required
• Identify claim trends and potential process improvements
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and service standards
• Prepare basic claim summaries and operational reports
• Perform other related administrative and analytical tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in claims processing, insurance operations, or administrative analysis is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital systems
• Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
