Handle inbound customer chats and emails, assisting with order placements, tracking, updates, and cancellations
Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Utilize various computer software and applications to manage customer accounts and process orders
Uphold the security and privacy of all customer information in compliance with company policies
Perform additional tasks as needed to support business operations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and syntax
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet performance expectations
Strong problem-solving aptitude for quickly diagnosing issues and providing solutions
Availability to work 32-40 hours weekly with various 8-hour shifts during specified hours of operation
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
Strong typing skills with the ability to meet minimum speed and accuracy requirements
