Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling requests and assist with reservation arrangements
Research available options and present solutions that align with client needs and preferences
Review booking details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Serve as a point of contact for client questions, updates, and general support
Assist with schedule changes, modifications, and follow-up requests as needed
Maintain organized records and documentation within company systems
Communicate professionally through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
Stay informed on company procedures and participate in training sessions and team meetings
