Ceridian Dayforce - Implementation Consultant - Remote
About the position Do you have HCM system consulting experience and a track record of building strong client relationships? We're looking for implementation consultants with strong Benefits, WFM or Payroll expertise who are natural problem solvers with a great sense of humor and excellent communication skills-and Dayforce experience. If you thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative work environment (remotely) and possess an exceptional ability to connect with people -then we'd love to learn more about you. Requirements • 5 years+ of benefits, WFM or payroll experience • 2 years' experience with Dayforce HCM system • Experience writing and executing HCM related test case scenarios to validate configuration • Strong technical HRIS knowledge, including configuration approaches/alternatives, reporting, and troubleshooting technical issues • Experience leading or participating in HRIS projects or implementations, and/or payroll implementations • A track record of meeting client deliverables during software implementations • A history of managing multiple projects at once • Proven success communicating with clients and uncovering their needs • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders (client and vendors) during projects and implementations • Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel 20 - 30% (dependent upon company travel policies and COVID-19 travel restrictions) Apply tot his job
