We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Cataloguing Executive to help maintain the accuracy, quality, and presentation of our online product catalogue.
In this role, you'll support the management of product listings, review product information, maintain catalogue standards, and ensure products are accurately displayed across our website. You'll work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Marketing, and Operations teams to help deliver a seamless customer experience.
As we continue to enhance our systems, you'll also play an important role in reviewing and validating AI-assisted catalogue uploads, ensuring all product information meets our quality standards before going live. Whether you're experienced in e-commerce, product cataloguing, or simply have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality data, we'd love to hear from you.
š About the Role
Support the day-to-day management of our client's online product catalogue, including product uploads, catalogue maintenance, quality assurance, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate and engaging product listings.
š¬ What You'll Do
ā¢ Upload and maintain product listings accurately and efficiently.
ā¢ Organize and manage product information across current and future product ranges.
ā¢ Review product details, descriptions, images, and specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
ā¢ Monitor and action product update requests from Customer Service and internal stakeholders.
ā¢ Review how products appear across website listing pages and product detail pages.
ā¢ Identify and report any issues relating to product data, imagery, formatting, or functionality.
ā¢ Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve product-related concerns.
ā¢ Conduct basic research on new products and assist with catalogue expansion initiatives.
ā¢ Perform minor image editing tasks such as resizing, cropping, scaling, or adjusting product images.
ā¢ Review AI-assisted catalogue uploads for accuracy, completeness, formatting, duplication, and missing information.
ā¢ Identify opportunities to improve catalogue quality, processes, and data accuracy.

ā¢ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
ā¢ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
ā¢ Comfortable working with spreadsheets, product databases, CMS platforms, or back-end systems.
ā¢ Basic experience with image editing tools.

ā¢ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
ā¢ A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
